- Table Flatness & Fixturing: Ensure that custom holding fixtures bolted to the A2PB rotary table surface are machined flat. Uneven fixture mounting bolts can distort the table surface and induce stress on the internal spindle bearings.
- Emergency Stop Braking: The internal electromagnetic brake is designed to hold position when power is removed. Do not use emergency stop braking repeatedly during high-speed rotation of max-payload fixtures, as this accelerates brake disc wear.
- Cable Commutator (Slip Ring): If your holding fixture requires pneumatic clamping or electrical sensor signals on the rotating table, install an OTC rotary joint (slip ring) through the hollow center shaft to prevent hose tangling.
