  • Absolute Rule: Prevent Sharp Kinks & Bends: Polymer conduit liners must be routed with smooth, sweeping bend radii between the wire feeder and torch. Never allow tight bends or crushing under heavy equipment; deformed internal diameters will stall even high-torque wire feed motors.
  • Copper Flake & Dust Blowout: Flaking copper plating and atmospheric shop dust accumulate inside the liner over time. If wire feed resistance increases, disconnect both ends of Z318D41 and blow dry compressed air in reverse (from torch end toward feeder end) to purge accumulated debris.
