During the operation of the OTC DAIHEN Welding Robot, if the system experiences abnormalities such as peripheral device status signal exception, servo welding gun pressure setting conflict, vision sensor data communication interruption, calibration/synchronization command failure, or excessive measurement interval deviation, the teach pendant will usually display a hardware and control-level alarm in the 2546 to 2588 range. If these faults are not investigated promptly, they may cause serious operational safety hazards or lead to welding forming failure.

2552 Servo Welding Gun Pressure Parameter Conflict The set value of the servo welding gun pressure exceeds the system allowable range, or conflicts with mechanical limits. Verify the parameter setting interface, re-enter compliant pressure data values, and perform an exception reset.
2555 Welding Gun Pressure Sensor Signal Deviation Too Large The actual measured pressure value during the pressurization process deviates too much from the target curve. Troubleshoot the welding gun pneumatic/hydraulic system, and re-execute the calibration and zero offset correction of the pressure sensor.
2582 Vision Sensor Communication Interrupted The Ethernet/serial data link between the robot controller and the external vision recognition sensor is disconnected. Check the communication cable and switch status between the vision system and the control cabinet, and eliminate physical open circuits.
2583 Vision Synchronization Tracking Failed During the execution of the vision correction trajectory, the system detects that the tracking feedback signal is out of sync. Confirm that the synchronous drive signal is stable, reduce the robot running speed to adapt to the recognition frequency, and re-align.
2584 No Valid Feature Points in Measurement Area No valid matchable feature target points are found within the measurement field of view of the vision sensor. Adjust the shooting distance, light brightness, or workpiece position to make the feature image clearly distinguishable, and trigger the measurement again.
2585 Measurement Value Format Out of Limit In the data packet returned by the vision sensor, the coordinate or angle value exceeds the numerical format range specified by the system. Check the PC algorithm output to ensure that the numerical values calculated by vision meet the robot protocol requirements, and restart.
2586 Vision Calibration Parameters Lost The vision calibration data file stored in the robot system was accidentally deleted or failed the verification. Re-execute the hand-eye calibration process of the vision camera and robot, record and save the new calibration file.
2587 Unable to Handshake with External Host Computer When attempting to start vision recognition through the host computer control program, the connection is refused by the remote server. Check the host computer firewall settings and ensure that both the robot communication IP and port configurations are open.
2588 Measurement Task Command Illegal A measurement command not supported in the current vision mode was executed in the program (e.g., calling 3D parameters in 2D mode). According to the current vision function mode, modify the corresponding measurement command parameters in the program, and restart the task.
