Robot Alarm Codes 5093-5102 Repair

During the operation of the OTC DAIHEN Welding Robot, if the system experiences problems such as multi-arm path conflict, motor overcurrent, power emergency stop, or EP start exception, the teach pendant will usually display a hardware and control-level alarm in the 5093 to 5102 range. If these faults are not investigated promptly, they may cause serious operational safety hazards or damage to core components such as the reducer.

5093 Current Execution Path is Already in Another Multi-Arm Path Section Start is prohibited because a different deviation may be applied. Set the step of the multi-path section to fit the current execution path, or change the current execution path, and then execute an exception reset.
5094 Installing Arc Welding Power Source While installing the arc welding power source, arc welding power source operations cannot be performed, and regeneration commands cannot be executed. Execute it after the installation of the arc welding power source is completed, and then execute an exception reset.
5095 Motor Overcurrent Occurred in Welding Power Source The motor power line is short-circuited or the motor is overloaded. Refer to the welding power source instruction manual (Exception Name: Motor Overcurrent), remove all causes of the exception, and then execute an exception reset.
5096 Energy or Welding Power Source is Stopped Emergency stop is input or the line of the STOP terminal of the welding power source is interrupted. Release the emergency stop button and external emergency stop signal, and check the connection between the welding power source and the control device, and then execute an exception reset.
5097 Cannot Detect Arc Voltage During RS Control An exception occurred during arc start using RS control, or an arc voltage detection exception occurred in the welding power source. Check the connection of the workpiece, wire, and cable and the RS control conditions, or refer to the manual to eliminate the cause, and then execute an exception reset.
5098 EP Start Exception The arc welding characteristic data for EP mode is not registered, or the welding voltage adjustment method for EP mode is different from EN mode. Register the correct welding characteristic data or modify the EP start conditions, and then execute an exception reset.
5099 Operating Arc Welding Power Source During Regeneration Cannot operate the arc welding power source during regeneration. The arc welding power source should not be operated during regeneration. Reset the exception and turn on the welding power source again.
5100 EP Start Exception There is an error in the EP start condition of the AS function. Modify the EP start conditions, and then execute an exception reset.
5101 Adjustment Movement Start is Abnormal The arc monitor is not specified. Specify the arc monitor, confirm the adjustment conditions, and restarting regeneration can reset the exception.
5102 Adjustment Program Selection is Abnormal The start program is different from the adjustment program. Start by specifying the adjustment program, and restarting regeneration can reset the exception.
