Robot Alarm Codes 0787-0910 Repair

During the operation of the OTC DAIHEN Welding Robot, if the system experiences a corresponding fault condition, the teach pendant will usually display a hardware and control-level alarm in the 0787 to 0910 range. If these faults are not investigated promptly, they may cause serious operational safety hazards or damage to core components such as the reducer.

Alarm Code Fault Phenomenon Fault Cause Analysis Countermeasures & Solutions
0787 Monitor Timeout Error. This error occurs when the monitor circuit detects that the action has stopped. 1. Turn on the power again and confirm whether the error is cleared; 2. Increase the interpolation cycle time; 3. Re-plug the CPU board or I/O board (UM212 /L8800M). Turn on the power again.
0788 Movement Too Large During Strain Control. In strain control, when the movement caused by external force is too large, this error occurs. Confirm the condition of strain control.
0789 CPU Error. This error occurs when a CPU error occurs on the CPU board. 1. Turn on the power again and confirm whether the error is cleared; 2. Re-plug the CPU board; 3. If this phenomenon still occurs, contact our maintenance service department. Turn on the power again.
0895 Conveyor Belt Not Running. This error occurs when the conveyor belt pulse has not changed for more than 1 second after giving the start LS. Confirm whether the conveyor belt is working normally, or confirm the wiring between the pulse generator and the AX control device. Exception reset.
0897 Conveyor Belt Pulse Too Small. This error occurs when the input conveyor belt start LS does not reach the value despite passing the . Separate the input time of the start command from the start LS signal of the conveyor belt. Exception reset.
0898 Servo Command Value Stopped. This exception occurs when the update of the command value sent to the servo stops for a certain period of time. Troubleshoot by referring to the control device maintenance manual. After eliminating the cause of the exception, reset the exception.
0902 Servo Clock Pulse Stopped. The clock pulse of the servo board UM221 has stopped. 1. Confirm the power voltage of the servo board UM221; 2. Replace the drive unit. After eliminating the cause of the exception, turn on the power again.
0903 Servo Communication Stopped. This exception occurs when the communication between the CPU board and the servo board stops. 1. Confirm whether the connector CNUSB of the servo board UM221 is correctly connected; 2. Confirm the power voltage of the servo board UM221.
0904 I/O Board Connection Exception. Unable to recognize the I/O board (UM212/L8800M). 1. I/O board connection exception; 2. I/O board problem (MACH, etc.); 3. I/O board DIP switch setting error; 4. Contact exception between CPU board and riser (UM209/L8800R); 5. Storage board problem. Confirm whether the I/O board is correctly connected. Turn on the power again.
0910 Servo Welding Gun Pressure Sensor Output Exception. 1. The connection between the pressure sensor and the AX control device is disconnected; 2. The pressure sensor is malfunctioning; 3. There is a problem with the analog sensor board on the AX control device. Check: 1. The connector on the analog sensor board; 2. The connection between the pressure sensor and the AX control device; 3. Replace with a new pressure sensor. Exception reset.
