Robot Alarm Codes 2358-2372 Repair

During the operation of the OTC DAIHEN Welding Robot, if the system experiences abnormalities such as unrecorded reference data for search operation, body transfer setting conflict, or no response from the built-in PLC engine, the teach pendant will usually display a control and system-level alarm in the 2358 to 2372 range.

To help on-site engineers quickly locate problems, we have organized the diagnostic terminology from the maintenance manual to provide you with the following fault quick reference table. We recommend using the search function, entering the error code (e.g., 2358), to accurately obtain troubleshooting suggestions.

I. OTC Robot Alarm Code Real-Time Quick Reference Table (2358-2372)

Alarm Code Fault Phenomenon Fault Cause Analysis Countermeasures & Solutions
2358 Search Reference Position Data Not Recorded The search function cannot detect the movement amount from the difference between the reference position and the actual workpiece. Perform the search reference write operation to write the reference position data into the robot interrupt function.
2359 Incorrect Usage of Search Function The start and end of the search action are inconsistent, or a movement function is used during the search action. Confirm and modify the robot program, no special release is required.
2360 Incorrect Setting of Body Transfer Function During regeneration, the body transfer and body transfer terminal do not correspond. Confirm whether the two correspond. Restart after setting the correct program.
2361 About to Transfer Outside Body Transfer Range During regeneration, the condition value of the body transfer is too large and there is no transferred step. Reset the correct parameter. Restart after setting the correct program.
2367 Built-in PLC Scan Stopped When the built-in PLC is in the <Start> state, an action caused the PLC scan to stop. Set the PLC to <Start> and scan again in the constant mode. After setting, reset the exception.
2368 Cannot Connect to Built-in PLC The system attempts to establish a communication connection with the built-in PLC but fails. Confirm the built-in PLC operating environment. Set the built-in PLC to the start state, and then reset the exception.
2369 Cannot Start Built-in PLC The system cannot respond when requesting to start the built-in PLC. Confirm the built-in PLC operating environment. Set the built-in PLC to the start state, and then reset the exception.
2370 Cannot Stop Built-in PLC The system cannot respond when requesting to stop the built-in PLC. Confirm the built-in PLC operating environment. Set the built-in PLC to the start state, and then reset the exception.
2371 No Information Executed by Built-in PLC There is no information source file or program when requesting the built-in PLC to start. Correct software tools should be used to download to the PLC system.
2372 Cannot Start PLC Engine Cannot start when requesting to start the underlying control PLC engine. Confirm the power status of the control cabinet and the operating environment of the built-in PLC.
